If you need to stop your subscription to your Intercept account, Deziner Software will simply store your company's data for an indefinite period, unless we hear from you that you wish us to delete it.
When you are able to restart your subscription, you will need to re-register with us. This will include some security questions so we know it is you and updating your billing information.
Once we have identified you as an established user to the account, we will then redeploy your data for your access. Please note, we will assess your account with a reactivation fee of $99.
If you need to suspend your account for a period of time, please let us know and we can suspend your account for a monthly charge of $4.99. We understand that life events can interrupt your work with your Intercept module. Contact us at customer.service@dezinersoftware.com.
