Scenarios

The Intercept series of  programs allows you to generate multiple scenarios for your company. The three most often used scenarios include:

1.  Best Outcome
2.  Most Likely Outcome
3.  Worst Case Outcome

Entrepreneurs and Business Owners are in most cases very optimistic in their company and invariably present a "Best Outcome" scenario. 

Generally, the more sophisticated the investor group you are presenting to, the more pragmatic they are. So, it is best to be prepared with a series of scenarios so that you have thought through each. It will also help to position both you and your management team as a more sober and reasonable business team to seasoned investors.
